Recliner Warehouse Returns Policy We want you to be completely happy with everything you buy from us. Firstly, we ask you to check your recliner carefully before installing and using the chair. We also recommend that you make a note of your purchase no, which is contained in the confirmation email and on the packaging of the product you purchased. Furthermore, in the unlikely event that you do wish to return any products you will need to save your original packaging. What if I change my mind? That's fine. Just return the item to our store, unused in its original packaging within 7 days and we'll arrange for a refund. If you had the item delivered, let us know that you'll be returning the chair and we'll arrange for a refund when we recieve it. Items whch have been made to order are excluded from the return policy unless found to be defective. What if there is a problem with the recliner? If you discover a problem with your recliner whilst our delivery drivers are with you, our representatives will arrange for a repair, replacement or a refund. If you discover a problem within 14 days, contact one of our customer services operators and we will arrange for a repair of the product. If we cannot offer a repair, we will usually give you a replacement. *Your purchase number on the packaging or order invoice will act as proof of receipt / proof of purchase.
